Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

Returns sent without prior approval or as cash on delivery (COD) will be refused.
Return Process
- Email us your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
- We’ll respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, return the item within 7 days and send us the tracking number and link.
- Only ship to the return address provided in our approval email. Returns sent elsewhere will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return Inspection & Restocking Fee
After we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If rejected, we’ll hold the product for 30 days. You must pay for shipping if you want it returned to you.
