Shipping Carriers & Logistics
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with trusted logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, and DPD. BOE selects the most suitable carrier for each shipment based on destination and product type. Carrier requests are not accepted.

Electric Scooters & E-Bikes
Shipped on business days only, estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days

Accessories
Some accessories may be shipped from local warehouses, while others may ship directly from China.
